What you'll be doing As Senior ProcessImprovement Analyst, you'llsupportourBusinessProcessDelivery Manager to deliver, enhance and maintain a comprehensivecatalogue of process maps across SNG, through a Centre of Excellence (CofE) model. Managing a team of ProcessImprovement Analysts, this role plays a crucial part in driving and delivering processinitiatives that lead to businessimprovements, efficiencies, and measurable results in alignment with SNG's strategic objectives and policies. Responsibilities include: Working across the business to map and improve businessprocess maps, driving a culture of processimprovement, supporting the development of a centre of excellence in line with the businessprocessImprovement framework Managing the ProcessImprovement team, providing clear direction, providing support and encouraging a culture of high performance, and continuousimprovementWorkingwith customer experience teams to review pain points in the customer journey and discover improvementopportunities through root cause analysis Supporting the ProcessImprovementDelivery Manager to maintain a pipeline of processimprovementopportunities in alignment withbusiness needs Managing resource demand for ProcessImprovement Analysts, workload and priorities, ensuring effective utilisation Developing and generating regular processinitiativedelivery reports to demonstrate the impact of processimprovements on organisational performance What we're looking for You'll need to havedemonstrableexperience within a similar role in processanalysis or a related field, with previous experiencemanaging and developing teams. You'llhaveexperience in applying BPM standards and frameworks, such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, APQC and other continuousimprovement practices. You'll also need: Demonstrableexperience in the design, improvement and implementation of businessprocess models using BPMN and process modelling tools and software (e.g., Signavio, Bizagi, ARIS) Strong experience of change management practices, and project managementprinciples, working in transformativeenvironmentswith the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery Proficiency in using and maintaining BPM software and tools for process mapping and analysis (e.g. Adonis, Visio, ARIS, Bizagi) Demonstrableexperience in managing and mentoring people, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, managing conflicts and facilitatingprofessionaldevelopment Proficiency in analysing complex data sets and processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to articulate return on investment Understanding of how to integrate controlactivities into business processes to comply withregulatory standards, relevant laws and business rules Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholdersat all levels Strong stakeholdermanagement expertise, building effective relationships Expertise in planning and facilitating workshops across large diverse groups What you'll receive from us We have some fantastic benefits on offer at SNG including: £450 flex-pot annually to put towards benefits of your choice 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays (with an extra day every year up to 30 days) Company pension scheme matched up to 12%, life cover at 4x your salary Flexible working - we're committed to giving people flexibility as widely as possible Private medical insurance, dental insurance & critical illness cover Wide range of training courses available to support your career development At Sovereign Network Group, we are passionate about inclusion for all and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
