The Role:
As our Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer calls & emails, resolving queries efficiently
* Booking hotels, organising events & arranging staff travel
* Supporting with invoicing (Xero experience is a bonus but training is provided!)
* General admin tasks – keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills & a friendly, professional manner
* Organised, detail-oriented & great at multitasking
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with CRM or e-commerce platforms is a plus
