About the Role:
Wirral Council's Environmental Health Service carries out a wide range of public protection duties including food safety, health and safety, pollution control, animal health and even shellfish bed classification. There is currently an opportunity within the team for an Environmental Health Officer to assist in the delivery of all the service's statutory functions.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with capacity to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines, to provide a high-quality service to the public, the business community and external organisations. We would like to hear from you if you have excellent communication and negotiating skills as well as sound knowledge of Environmental Health legislation. The successful candidate will require a full Driving Licence.
