Miles Recruitment have a super opportunity for you to join an experienced team as a Head of Sales within a well established company.
This is a pivotal newly created position, which will be instrumental in taking our client to the next level. You will have contact with new clients, however, this is not a field sales position, nor is there any cold calling. You are primarily responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team, overseeing technical quotations and ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time. You will need to liaise with both internal teams and external clients, providing information and updates to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
1. Managing and coordinating the activities of the technical sales team
2. Preparing quotes for potential new customers and processing order requests
3. Monitoring the quotations team’s progress
4. Creating and reviewing sales reports
5. Offering before and after-sales support to customers

Salary: In the region of £45,000
