Job summary University Hospital Dorset is one of Britain's leading healthcare providers in the NHS. It was created in October 2020 by bringing together two Trusts: Poole Hospital and Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch. We are seeking to appoint a new Group Director of Operations to our Medical Care Group for a fixed period of 12 months. The Medical Care Group is one of three Care Groups in the Trust. The successful applicant will work as part of a triumvirate to deliver the strategic ambitions of the Trust. The total Care Group budget to manage is £220 million and a staff group of circa 2500 members.
