The Role
* As a Bid Coordinator, you'll provide a range of essential support to the team, including:
* Reviewing tender alerts and ensuring timely distribution to relevant team members.
* Completing and submitting SQs, RFIs, and ITT responses.
* Managing the bid library and information systems on SharePoint.
* Delivering ad-hoc marketing support and contributing to the design and formatting of submission documents.
* Maintaining bid standards, deadlines, and quality throughout the process.
We're seeking candidates with:
1. An intermediate level of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Strong organisational and project management skills.
