We are recruiting for a Commercial Sales Manager to join our team.
Role Overview:
As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in your designated area. You will focus on selling through brokerage deals and stock, leveraging your expertise to maximize sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong emphasis on accountability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Drive Sales: Increase sales through active brokerage and from stock holding.
* Inventory Expansion: Identify new part numbers to expand our inventory in line with our strategy.
* Customer service excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service through swift and responsive communication.
Transactional Ownership
* Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the sales cycle from RFQ to delivery.
* Customer Care: Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and face-to-face visits.
* New Account Development: Develop new customer accounts and foster long-term partnerships.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Deal with escalated queries and issues from stakeholder departments.
* Stakeholder and customer satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and on-going communication.
You must be eligible to work in the UK (Watford) or USA (New Jersey or Dallas).
