Our client, a leading professional services firm, seeks to recruit a lawyer to join their in-house legal team (due to business growth) to lead complex contractual and commercial deals, negotiating with listed clients in Commerce & Industry, Financial Services and / or Public Sector.
You will deliver business-focused solutions, acting as a strategic legal and deal advisor and partner directly with the business, to assess and understand how risks can be managed and mitigated, while advising on deal structure and strategy. Your role will involve:
* Leading negotiations for multi-million pound cross-border complex technology based contracts for software implementation and application management services, including regularly facing off with client legal teams and their external counsel.
* Advising the Business on potential pitfalls in design, build and run/operate proposals.
* Primarily providing support during the sales cycle from supporting the engagement teams with their responses to tenders and bid response development to negotiating contracts for services.
* Review and negotiation of engagement contracts across Consulting and MSAs/framework agreements including direct discussion with clients and their legal advisors.
* Working closely with the business to discuss and develop commercial offerings as they move to a more innovative way of pricing their services.

Qualified lawyer with experience, advising on technology & SaaS agreements.
