The post holder will contribute to the assessment of service users and help deliver collaborative personalised interventions that are service user, carer and quality focused. Through their interventions, they will deliver high-level, quality care and evidence-based interventions within a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will be responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of clinical care within the wider team.

1. Band 1: Time plus 47% for Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any weekday after 8pm and before 6am; Time plus 94% for all time on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight)
