Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Manager at Treats Studios, who will be responsible for overseeing the brand's image, developing marketing strategies, managing product launches, and analysing market trends. While the role is primarily based in the Manchester Area, it allows for flexibility with some remote work. Qualifications Brand Strategy Development: Creating long-term strategies to position the brand in the market and ensure its growth and differentiation from competitors. Market Research: Analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor performance to inform decisions and refine the brand's approach. Product Development: Collaborating with product teams to ensure the brand's values are reflected in new products or services and aligning products with market needs. Marketing and Advertising: Developing and executing marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and social media strategies to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. Brand Positioning and Messaging: Ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and maintaining the brand’s voice and tone to connect with target audiences. Customer Engagement: Creating strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and enhance brand loyalty. Budget Management: Overseeing the brand’s marketing budget to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective and within financial constraints.
