Altum Consulting is a leading independent charity that requires an experienced Strategic HR Consultant to drive organisational design and development initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a conduit between managers/stakeholders and the broader HR functions, supporting senior stakeholders in their roles and developing sustainable relationships.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner with significant experience in organisational design, employment law, and HR policy & process knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of collaborating with specialist HR functions to deliver a flawless HR service.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver organisational design and development initiatives
* Implement structural, behavioural, and cultural change initiatives
* Act as a conduit between managers/stakeholders and the broader HR functions
* Develop sustainable relationships with senior stakeholders
You Will Need
* Significant experience as an HR Business Partner within a medium to large organisation
* Demonstrable experience building and maintaining credible relationships with senior stakeholders
* Exceptional organisational design, employment law, and HR policy & process knowledge
* A successful history of collaborating with specialist HR functions
What We Offer
As a strategic HR consultant at Altum Consulting, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
