What you will do in your working day
* Answering phone calls, transferring calls, taking messages.
* Welcoming visitors including clients and suppliers, giving an excellent first-impression to all guests.
* Preparing and clearing meeting-rooms.
* Opening and scanning incoming post.
* Preparation of outgoing mail including franking.
* Managing supplies and ordering stationery.
* Use of our cloud-based Case Management System.
* Other administrative tasks as required, full training provided.
Skills and qualities
* Telephony – excellent professional telephone manner required.
* Greeting visitors – personable, professional, empathic.
* Scanning – attention to detail, methodical.
* Franking outgoing post.
* Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* Able to work in a busy team of two and manage Reception in colleagues’ absence.
The training you will be getting
* Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3.
* Maths and English functional if required.
* Training completed both on and off the job.
* Training delivered face to face and online by an assessor and supported by the employer.
