This role has a starting salary of £35,730 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week. This is a 12-month fixed term contract/secondment opportunity.
We are excited to be hiring a new Business Team Leader to join our fantastic SW Social Care team. The team is based at the St Francis Centre in Guildford. We are open to hybrid working; however, we require office working for a minimum of 2 days a week.

About the Role
Children, Families and Learning provides a range of highly specialist services to vulnerable children and young people. Services are delivered directly to children and their families within extensive statutory frameworks and staff working in these areas need specialist knowledge in order to deliver effective services to these high risk and high need groups.
Our admin teams support Social Care staff, and this role will work closely with the Senior Business Team Leader to provide high quality and timely support to Social Care Practitioners.
As the Business Team Leader, you will manage and develop a team of administrators to deliver a high quality and efficient administration service to assist in delivering the overall aim of the service to improve outcomes for children. You will be coordinating support to the Assistant Director as required.
