Working closely with the Finance Director and wider business functions, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights, analytics and leadership. Duties Include: Oversee day-to-day financial operations for a busy organisation and commercial enterprises. Line managing small team staff members and supporting their engagement with stakeholders. Produce regular management reports, including statutory and monthly management accounts. Updating monthly finance dashboards. Planning and delivering the annual Business Planning & Budget process. Assist with year-end close down processes. Assist in the production of year-end group accounts. Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Previous experience in Finance Leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
