Key Responsibilities include: Flight Watch – Maintaining contact with aircraft Engineering Liaison – establish aircraft availability and provide crews for ground runs. Operation and control of daily flying programme Passenger Services / Logistics Liaison – Advising of route changes, delays, passenger requirements and payloads. Communications & IT Systems – compile reports, ensure correct coding is used & update info on systems. Emergency Response Procedures – implement procedures as required in accordance with Company ERP plans and participate in ERP exercises. Key skills and Experience: Previous experience in Flight Operations is essential Good communication skills Experience of liaising with customers and clients A CAA Restricted Radio Operators Certificate would be advantageous Please note that weekend and evening work will be required.
