Main Duties of the Job
Operating from our main site in Paignton and our branch site in Torquay, we care for upwards of 26,000 patients in an organised and strong team environment. This means meeting for coffee every day, enjoying our practice funded socials and being supportive to new members of our team. Our 22 GPs are currently supported by ANPs, Pharmacists, Paramedics and ARRS roles staff including Pharmacy Technicians, and Social Prescribers as well as large and experienced nursing, reception, and admin teams. We work well within the local community giving lots of opportunities for portfolio working including taking part within the Integrated care team, and any new roles that may be on the horizon! Using Emis Web, we run a hybrid system involving an acute, on the day triage team and a planned pre-booked team every day.
