Job description The successful candidate for the role of customer service advisor must have previous experience in a service reception or bodyshop reception role, focus on customer service is paramount. A bright personality is also a pre-requisite of the role. We want the right person and are therefore willing to discuss and negotiate on salary terms. Your duties will include the following: Handle calls/emails from customers and work providers. Administrate all documentation regarding customer claims. Prepare job packs. Manage courtesy car fleet and documentation. Receive and register payments from customers. Organise Customer bookings, manage collection/delivery for drivers. Check in customer vehicles and courtesy cars for damage. Move vehicles around site if necessary. Promote all products and services for the business. Handle initial customer complaints. Other tasks and responsibilities requested by your managers. Previous experience: Excellent telephone manner and bright personality. Multitasking The ability to up sell to customers.
