About the role:
This is a rewarding and varied role where the successful applicant will have responsibility for providing a non-residential scheme manager service to JRHT’s sheltered housing residents at Mistral Court/Sturdee Grove, York.
You will work as part of the JRHT Housing team and be first point of contact for residents and their relatives.
About you:
Ideally you will have experience of working with older people along with the ability to support and develop activities appropriate to the needs and wishes of residents. Your communication skills will be excellent as will your ability to work alone and on your own initiative. You will be capable of communicating with people based on their individual needs.
