Care Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Fantastic opportunity to join a growing care business that delivers a quality level of care. The company specializes in home and live-in care, providing personalized care to suit every individual.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and organized Care Coordinator to join their experienced team.
The Role:
* Schedule Care Assistants to provide care and support to customers.
* Work with other members of the Care team to appropriately match Care Assistants to customers.
* Ensure there is sufficient cover to deliver care and support to all customers on time and in alignment with their personal care plans.
* Accept, allocate, and process new customer referrals for care and support promptly and effectively.
* Liaise with the Lead Coordinator and/or Registered Manager to ensure the right number of Care Assistants, with the right skills, are recruited to meet the needs of the business.
* Make required adjustments to rotas to provide cover for emergency situations, staff holidays, or sickness.
* Distribute staff rotas at agreed intervals.
* Work with the office team to maintain up-to-date electronic and handwritten records.
* Prepare reports as required by the Registered Manager.
Required:
* Background within the care sector.
* Previous experience as a coordinator or in an administration role.
* Driving Licence.
