We have an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented, customer focused administrator to join our busy Customer Service Team at our UK head office near Manston, Kent.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will have responsibility for ensuring you understand our customer needs and take all possible steps to exceed their expectations by telephone or email. The successful candidate will be required to undertake daily operational service tasks to meet customer demand. This is a maternity cover role expected to end in November 2025.
