ServiceNow Senior Tech Lead ITSM or ITOM
Responsible for designing, implementing, and developing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM). Support and collaborate with process owners, enhancing core applications and ensuring delivery and ongoing support of IT solutions.
Provide technical expertise to evaluate the impacts and links between structure, people, process, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deep understanding of the key technologies used by building ServiceNow integration solutions including Integration Hub, SSO, REST services, etc.
2. Build and apply insight about emerging technology, including ServiceNow roadmap capabilities, to develop and deliver new digital solutions.
3. Hands-on experience on MID Server Integrations.
4. Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery & ITAM modules.
5. Hands-on experience in hardware/software asset reconciliation.
6. Experience in installing HAM/SAM Modules.
7. Knowledge of ITIL modules such as Incident, Problem, Change & Request fulfilment.
8. Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining APIs and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
9. Build customized dashboards and reports based on client's requirements.
10. Implementation and customization of Agent Workspace and Service Portal.
11. Knowledge of ITOM Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Metrics Intelligence modules is preferred.
12. Experience in deploying packages across test/prod instances.
13. ATF experience is preferred.
14. Interest in coaching/mentoring junior engineers and delivering assigned tasks.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
1. Hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform notably ITSM, ITOM, ITAM.
2. Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches.
3. Strong experience in integrations with 3rd party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.
4. Experience in loading data into ServiceNow from third party systems using Web Services and Import Sets.
5. Experience with UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, ServiceNow admin, Reporting in ServiceNow SQL, Database view in ServiceNow.
