You will coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Handling the scheduling and organisation of meetings and visitor arrangements Planning and managing company events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully from inception to completion Managing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment (including kitchen stock and deliveries) Engaging with facilities providers, landlords and other premises stakeholders Assisting with ISO and other certifications, supplier and subcontractor documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance Opportunity to develop role responsibilities further as the business expands 25 Days Holiday 8 Bank Holidays Full time office-based position in Reigate, Surrey £28-£30k DOE Other organisations may call this role Office Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Co-ordinator, Facilities Assistant or Office Administrator The talents we are excited to see You will have the following experience/skills: Proven experience within an office or facilities type role Some understanding of facilities management best practices, including health and safety regulations Demonstrated ability to oversee office operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with keen eye to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues Experience in event management, including planning, organising, and executing corporate events and meetings Any previous experience with ISO, supplier, and subcontractor documentation is desirable At least 5 GCSEs, with passes in Maths and English.
