NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting for a Part Time Contract Administrator to provide support to the contract delivery team to meet the contract and business objectives. You will based on site at Bio City, central Nottingham
The role of the Contract Administrator is to provide support to the operational team, to meet contract business objectives and targets, to mee the requirements of the contract. The successful candidate will be conversant with MS Office applications, and able to work to a high level of detail. A quick learner, the successful candidate will fully utilise both site based and company management information systems.
Hours of Work 20 Hours Per Week, ideally covering 4 days a week on site-actual working times / patterns can be agreed following interview for the successful candidate.
Key deliverables in this role will include:
* Liaising with client / sub-contractors for service visits and reactive attendance
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
* Producing quotations for recommendations following service visits
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure safety is first and foremost
* Undertake any other reasonable task that may arise from time to time as required
What we’re looking for:
An experienced Administrator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve, prioritise requests and you must thrive under pressure. The position requires the utmost regard for customer service at all times, with ah can do attitude. If you fit this criteria in all aspects, then this is a role for you.
You will hold current qualifications to work as a Administrator including;
* Must have educational qualifications in Maths and English
* IT literate in all Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel - to produce detailed Excel and Word reports.
