WELLBEING AND RECOVERY WORKER, BASSETLAW, PERMANENT, 37HPW, GRADE 4 CORE £27,500, FTE Framework are seeking a Wellbeing and Recovery Worker to join their Mental Health and Wellbeing team (Wellness in Mind), delivering specialist mental health psychoeducation and support to adults in Nottinghamshire. The service offers self-referral support to adults experiencing difficulties with their mental health, and prides itself on a personalised and trauma informed approach to support. The successful candidate for this role will be delivering a range of mental health interventions to a diverse range of clients, and we seek team members who are able to work in partnership with service users to deliver mental health support in a way that works for them. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to provide impactful support to a broad range of people, and to contribute to the shaping and development of a new mental wellbeing offer for Nottinghamshire. A broad range of training opportunities will be provided for the successful candidate. The successful candidate should demonstrate a good understanding of the experiences of those who are struggling with their mental or emotional wellbeing, which may have been developed through professional or lived experience. The service aims to meet clients where they are at, and candidates must demonstrate compassion and active listening skills, as well as confidence in dealing with the unexpected and with occasionally complex disclosures or circumstances. Additionally, the successful candidate will: Have confidence building rapport with service users both one-to-one and groups Be familiar with principles of professional boundaries, risk management and safeguarding Demonstrate commitment to equality and diversity in all aspects of their role, and engagement in their own personal development around this This is a hybrid role, with the work week divided across an office base, home and community outreach locations. Willingness and ability to travel to sites across the county will be required, but the service will work flexibly to agree locations and schedule with the successful candidate.
