You will be responsible for
* Responsible for creating a great learning environment to support colleagues and managers to build the capability of themselves and their teams.
* Managing the delivery of the learning curriculum by focusing on delivering the right products to the right audience at the right time.
* Facilitating face to face and virtual learning sessions for Colleagues and Managers using coaching and facilitation skills to identify learning needs and styles, offering feedback and support.
* Evaluating learning to ensure we can measure the return on investment to colleagues, the customers and the business.
* Communicating in a simple but effective way to stakeholders on the learning offer to support their area of the business and to ensure effective deployment,
* Continuously looking for ways to drive continuous improvement.
* Communicating with lead learning managers and capability designers to feedback on the existing learning offer to support the future of the product.
* Working effectively with peers to ensure consistency of the learning experience across Channels and Office.
* Responsible for ensure Colleagues have a Warm Welcome to Tesco induction whilst encouraging a self-serve learning environment.
You will need
* Training/facilitation experience.
* Coaching and strong learning delivery experience across a variety of formats and levels would be beneficial.
* Ability to demonstrate knowledge of latest learning trends and how people learn.
* Able to demonstrate knowledge of Manager/Leadership roles.
* Proven understanding of diversity and inclusion challenges and opportunities.
* Learning delivery across all Colleague & Management levels.
* Diversity and Inclusion experience.
* Strong facilitation and excellent communication skills.
* Able to Collaborate and communicate beyond your own team/function.
* Ability to balance high level perspective with pragmatic approach.
* Knowledge of the Learning Management systems and learning delivery methods.
