What are we looking for?
To be responsible for delivery of all aspects of the contract/s allocated by the Operations/Business Manager or Regional Manager:
1. Delivery:
- To achieve performance and financial targets on allocated contracts.
- To manage partnerships with referral and support organisations to ensure SMART objectives are agreed and delivered. This must be aligned to business and delivery need e.g. Local Councils, Colleges, Universities, Training Providers, Jobcentres, Employers, DWP Programme Providers, Voluntary Sector etc.
- To ensure Advisers in the team maximise delivery opportunities and achieve all performance targets.
2. Quality:
- To lead and support the work of a team of front-line staff via appraisal, observation, impact assessment and performance management in the pursuit of outstanding customer service.
- To ensure that service delivery meets all quality standards, including Matrix and Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework.
3. Business Development:
- To support the development of Futures services to young people, adults, employers and partner organisations.
- To identify new opportunities and funding streams to grow the business.
- To work collaboratively with other Futures teams and divisions, partner agencies and organisations, to develop and coordinate delivery of tailored services to adults.
4. People & Infrastructure:
- To recognise that our people are our most important asset.
- To demonstrate commitment to the continuous professional development of all our staff.
5. Impact:
- As part of a wider Management and Leadership team you will drive our business model, including the implementation of our digital and self-serve strategy; the impact being customers progressing into positive outcomes, making a positive contribution to society and the economy, and promoting social mobility.
6. Promotion of Futures Brand:
- To be a positive ambassador for Futures Service, promoting our brand and our range of services to an increasingly wider audience.
