They pride themselves in their approachability, pragmatism, and being able to provide advice and support across all aspects of a matter.
Must Haves/Non-Negotiable:
* 3 - 6 years PQE as a solicitor or legal executive or equivalent experience as a personal injury legal advisor within a law firm
* Excellent IT and case management skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Previous experience of working with case management systems will be an advantage
* Be able to present a professional image at all times to clients and collaborators
* Socially confident with good written and oral communication skills
* Hardworking and able to work to tight deadlines
Team: Senior Partner manages the whole team, which consists of 29 people in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence - some of them work remotely.
Remote/Hybrid/Office Based: Hybrid options available, but office-based encouraged for learning purposes due to the junior role.

My clients' Personal Injury Department is one of the foremost in the region and has been growing for a number of years. They have recently had two solicitors shortlisted as Claimant Lawyer of the Year and last year their Department was nominated as Claimant Team of the Year at the National Personal Injury Awards. This year they have also won Best Personal Injury & Medical Negligence Law firm in the East Midlands, and are in The Legal 500, Clients Guide to the Best Law Firms.
The successful candidate will be expected to handle a busy caseload of personal injury cases, ranging from taking new instructions through to trial or settlement of litigated cases. The Department has established a reputation for providing a quality and personal service which meets the needs of their clients. The team provides a very down-to-earth and approachable service working for a variety of clients, with a track record of achieving excellent results. The team is currently very busy and continually seeking out new opportunities with marketing - business development is openly encouraged.
The successful candidate will be expected to assume the responsibilities of handling a demanding case load. It will be necessary that the successful candidate is a team player and can contribute towards the growth of the department. This may involve participation in marketing events, seminars, and generally being able and wanting to build on their experience.
The role will be based predominantly in my clients' Lincoln office, with flexibility to work from home part-time after successful completion of a probationary period.
Activities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Manage all client work allocated by the Head of Department.
2. Ensure that all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly informed on progress and on costs.
3. Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner.
4. Achieve set performance targets.
5. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all of the firm's and client documentation and information.
6. Maintain clear and precise communications with other personnel of the firm.
7. Ensure good working relationships with external institutions and organisations.

Location: Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm
Interview Process:
1 or 2 stages - depending on the quality of candidates in the process. 1 - Virtual/Face to face - Competency based questions - dependent on who’s available. 2 - Face to face if necessary - Competency based questions and conversations.
