Vacancy: Health Assessment Booking Adviser
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP with Hybrid working
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hours PW: Full-time / 37.50 hours per week.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00am-18:00pm
Salary: £26,500 per annum, plus Fantastic benefits and commission

Role Overview
This is an exciting role working within Health Services. You will be dealing with both new and repeat self-pay and business customers, selling and assisting them in booking clinics related products and health assessments in order to achieve a monthly target and earn commission.
What you’ll do:
1. You will be taking incoming customer calls and proactively making outbound calls to customers in order to get them to book in their health assessment, generate revenue and hit your monthly target.
2. You will be responding to emails and resolve queries over the phone, taking ownership until resolved and action changes to client records ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
3. You will be upgrading and cross selling products to increase your revenue stream and increase your result against your target.
What you’ll bring:
4. You will have experience of working in a customer service/sales environment and demonstrating strong customer focused skills and an ability to up sell added products.
5. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
6. Ability to adapt to a tight, high achieving sales team and to be responsible for both individual and team targets
7. You will have experience speaking with customers over the phone or via email
8. Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
9. You will be PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages and have the ability to combine communication and admin skills.
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels, taking a firm yet diplomatic approach if necessary.
11. Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurised environment
12. Be able to remain positive and calm whilst projecting a ‘can do’ attitude within the team/department
