Installation Manager (Joinery)
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Installation Manager (Joinery) to join an expanding team on a series of exciting pop-up shop and exhibition projects.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be reporting to the Installation Director and be part of a wider team to manage and co-ordinate installations on a number of sites.
1. Building strong working relationships with site employees including site managers, quantity surveyors, and sub-contractors.
2. Maintaining a close working relationship with our internal contracts team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of installations.
3. Overseeing all works carried out and responding to all on-site issues.
4. Completing all site health and safety and compliance checks.
5. Carrying out site surveys and co-ordinating access for deliveries.
6. Completing and returning all required reports, documents, and logs on time and in agreed format.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for candidates with:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, i.e., installation of commercial joinery exhibits or POS.
2. Previous experience of working in a field-based environment.
3. Experience of working in the building trade.
4. High level of technical knowledge.
5. Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Full driving license.
7. Flexible approach.
Qualifications:
Previous experience within the joinery market/retail fit-out is essential.
CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS certification required.
