We are looking for a professional, well-organised individual who is willing to muck in with whatever is needed to keep the office running smoothly. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role. Any Salesforce administration experience is beneficial. Typical duties would include: PA - Diary and travel management for company executives. All-around secretarial & admin duties. Being the point of contact for external suppliers. Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures. Keeping records of office expenditures. Data responsibilities, including GDPR. Meeting, conference, and event planning. Researching and writing reports and project work. Assisting with any HR administration duties. People & Project management.
