Junior Embedded Software Engineer
Cambridge - Hybrid working (1 day a week on site)

This company is an exciting AI Driven scale-up in the medical devices field. Through growth they are looking for a junior embedded software engineer to join their team and work on challenging and innovative technologies to help deliver impact in the real world and help change people's lives.
In this role you will develop and test embedded software and electronics for medical devices.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science or similar and have industrial experience within embedded software development with C or C++ for embedded systems.

The role:
1. Contribute to design updates of embedded software
2. Write and maintain manufacturing test software
3. Working on hardware and software
4. Testing and optimisation of devices
5. Hybrid working, a minimum of 1 day a week on site in Cambridge. Flexible working hours.
The person:
1. C or C++ for embedded systems experience
2. Experience being hands on with embedded hardware
3. Degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science or similar
4. Industrial experience working with embedded software
5. Any experience within medical devices, automotive, sensors or consumer electronics beneficial
