About the Role: The primary focus of this position is teaching, with responsibilities for planning, preparing, and delivering innovative learning experiences. You’ll also monitor learner progress, contribute to curriculum development, and support students in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with national standards. Develop and utilise effective learning and ILT materials to support student success. Monitor individual and group performance, providing targeted support where needed. Actively participate in course marketing, recruitment, and retention activities. Embed English, maths, and employability skills into the curriculum. Attend and contribute to team meetings, assessments, and course reviews. Essential Requirements: Degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent. Minimum Level 2 in literacy and numeracy. Certificate in Education or willingness to work towards one. Proven teaching experience in an FE or HE context. Ability to meet tight deadlines and a commitment to ongoing CPD. Desirable Skills: Industry experience in a relevant field. Familiarity with Moodle or other Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs).
