The Sites Services department is responsible for guiding Rolls Royce Motor Cars through environment, health and safety, environmental standards, as well as legal compliance to ensure a safe working environment. The department oversees the integration and execution of major Facility related projects such as office refurbishments, site extensions, sustainability initiatives, and digitalization efforts. The department also manages a variety of contractors providing technical facilities management, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, catering services, and security to maintain high-quality performance. Additionally, the Sites Services team is tasked with modernizing the production facilities and processes.
What waits you?
* Support the general day-to-day business, preparation of events, organisation of meetings and workshops.
* Service provider steering and contract management support.
* Analysis and optimisation of processes and workflows.
* Support in tendering processes of construction projects and service provider contracts.
* Participation in project meetings with internal project partners, supporting project leaders to fulfil the project requirements.
* Taking responsibility for the deliverables and outcome of your own sub-projects.
* Regular exchange and communication with all departments and functions on site.
* Support with regular walkarounds / inspections and audits to constantly improve the facilities and feedback to suppliers.
* Main focus will be project management and project delivery and then other areas focus are digitalisation and facility management.
Qualifications and Experience
* Studying toward a degree in Facilities Management, Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related; on track to achieve a 2:2.
* Experience or keen interest in Project Management.
* IT-literate especially in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CAD.
* Capability to pick up new topics and processes.
* Ability to adapt working approach depending on specific requirements, prioritise activities, work under pressure, multitask and solve problems.
