Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead a diverse range of hospitality units across three locations, in Exmouth and Exeter areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume multi-site hospitality operations with a commercial approach combined with the ability to reflect the companys strong ethos and values.

* c£55,000. depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
As Hospitality Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the multiple hospitality operations across 3 key locations. You will lead a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
Operations: Take full financial and operational responsibility of all hospitality and F&B outlets, developing and maintaining a culture of high performance and KPI delivery.
Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships to support sensible growth and enhance our commercial capabilities.
Leadership: Balance strategic vision with a hands-on approach to drive operational excellence and profitability.
Team Development: Empower and support your team, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities to excel.
Operational Efficiency: Implement new systems and structures to optimise our operations and improve efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure robust health and safety protocols are implemented and maintained and the safety and security of all company assets.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Proven experience managing multiple units or a large venue in hospitality or leisure, with a minimum of 3 years in senior roles, successfully delivering multi-million pound turnover and increasing profit in multi-site operations.
Demonstrated expertise in food and beverage, events, or hospitality project management.
Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
Passion for creating brilliant leisure experiences and driving business success.
Solid financial and commercial understanding of hospitality or leisure businesses.
Strong leadership skills focused on people development and team building.
Effective decision-making with a balance of operational instinct and data use.
Confident presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
Desirable Skills & Attributes:
Experience in negotiating contracts, writing tenders, and digital transformation within a hospitality business.
Hold a personal license and a Level 3 or above food hygiene qualification, achieved in the last 3 years.
Hospitality/F&B-related qualification to NVQ L5, diploma, or degree level.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
