Application Process
CWP recruits people that can demonstrate the Trust's Values and Behaviours in their everyday life. Therefore, if you are invited to interview, you will be undertaking a Values Based Interview/Assessment, which explores not only what you do but how and why you do it. Before applying, we encourage you to review the Trust's Values and Behaviours which are 'the 6 Cs': Communication, Competence, Courage, Care, Compassion and Commitment.
You will be expected to provide us with examples from work experience and/or personal life which demonstrate these values through your behaviour. An applicant guide to help and support you through your recruitment journey can be accessed at the bottom of this page.

Additional Information
We offer a relocation package of up to £8,000 for anyone who would need to relocate in order to take up employment with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership. Terms and conditions apply; please see the attached document.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit a Consultant within CAMHS to join our 0-18 team in Winsford. The children and young people's care group within CWP has recently redesigned community CYPMH services to allow greater flexibility for the workforce and to improve patient flow through the system.
The core features of this redesign included the implementation of a new model of care that separates out Access components (which includes new services including the Mental Health Support Teams in schools) from Partnership work. The Thrive model is a point of reference for this framework. CWP CAMHS is divided into five locality-based 0-18 teams: Wirral, West Cheshire, Central Cheshire and East Cheshire with the Central Cheshire service operating out of two bases.
