Residential Conveyancer – Stockport Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills in residential property fee-earning work? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a team and manage the full spectrum of residential property transactions independently. Key Responsibilities: Handle client matters accurately and reliably, adhering to quality and risk management procedures Generate fee income and manage time recording, billing and cash collection to meet targets Participate in business development and marketing activities to promote the firm Supervise and support colleagues' fee-earning work during absences and holidays Attend to clients in person and on the telephone, providing professional and friendly support Manage correspondence and documents through the case management system Maintain and nurture a network of contacts and referrers to promote the firm Develop and maintain IT and telephone skills appropriate to modern legal practice Skills & Attitude: Aligned with the firm's mission statement and core values A team player, efficient, well-organised and timely An effective communicator by telephone, face-to-face and in writing Experience & Education: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in fee-earning work as a Conveyancer or Paralegal Relevant qualifications for the role Support: Report to and be supported by the Team Head Why Join?
