Position Overview:
This is a brand-new role created to support the Head of People. The HR Advisor will provide essential administrative support for the human resource function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries and concerns.
* Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as company events and surveys.
* Coordinate and deliver the wellbeing calendar.
* Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
* Assist with preparation and storage of employee documentation in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
* Liaising with Recruitment Agencies and hiring managers.
* Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed and that new employees have the resources and information they need to start successfully.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of job descriptions.
* Assist employees with benefit enquiries, including health insurance, pensions, and leave management.
* Help ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits enrolment, changes, and claims.
* Assist with payroll admin.
Experience and Qualifications:
* You will have had a minimum of 3 years’ HR experience successfully supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
* You will have an eye for detail and pride yourself on operating with accuracy in all that you do.
* You’ll be used to managing multiple priorities and expectations. Managing competing priorities as well as prioritising your own work effectively will be second nature to you. You will seek to protect the time of those that you support.
* Experience with the entire suite of Microsoft Office is essential.
* Excellent communication skills are a must.
