As a Senior IT Service Manager, you will be defining and designing the support model for IT services across the DWP digital landscape, implementing robust support strategies that will ensure stability and performance for multiple platforms, products and services. You will be champion for best practice and a prominent voice in the wider digital community, driving innovation and change, as well as fostering effective and engaged relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. What skills, knowledge and experience will you need? Extensive knowledge and understanding of Digital Products and Services including use of service management tool set e.g. ServiceNow. Knowledge of technologies and solutions, demonstrable experience and capability across service lifecycle. Experience managing a quality service including infrastructure technology across a multi supplier landscape. Demonstrable experience of Service Management Framework e.g. ITIL. Extensive experience in building and developing effective working relationships with senior Business, Suppliers and IT managers. Details. Wages. Perks.
