Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire a housing disrepair lawyer for an interim 6 month rolling contract to cover a permanent recruitment drive.
The role would be fully remote, aside from in person IT collection on the first day.
It is open to NQ or junior solicitors or legal executives.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be experienced in handling a full caseload of disrepair matters,
2. Be able to hold a mixed caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters,
3. Have prior experience working within a local authority setting,
4. Have two employment references available upon request.
