Accounts Assistant Location: Morpeth, Northumberland Hybrid Role. With sometime in the office Salary - £28,000 (DOE) This is a very varied role which will include mostly finance based work so knowledge of accounts packages is essential. Reporting to the Office Manager and Managing Director Benefits: Hybrid Monday – Friday No weekends Responsibilities: VAT returns for all sites Inputting supplier invoices and looking after the purchase ledger account. Assisting with some foreign currency accounts and bank reconciliations. As well as assisting with final trial balance for year end accounts before sending to accountant. Dealing with HMRC Assisting looking after the property accounts and coordinating with the property manager. What we are looking for: ICB or AAT qualified to at least Leve 2, Level 3 preferred. At least 3 years’ experience working within a similar fast paced environment. At least 3 years' experience working with QuickBooks. Team Player and Can do Attitude.
