Are you a Project Manager with experience in small capital works within healthcare facilities? Do you have a technical background and expertise in stakeholder and contract management? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to lead projects in a technical yet supportive role. Within this role you will do the initial planning and feasibility through to execution and completion. You will oversee all lifecycle works, ensuring projects align with contractual obligations, budgets, and timelines. This role involves stakeholder management, supply chain coordination, and compliance with health & safety standards. With a focus on built environment and facilities management, you would typically work on capital replacement, refurbishment, and upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Capital Works Delivery: Oversee small capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
Technical Project Oversight: Take briefs, develop specifications, and manage project progress within a healthcare environment.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth project delivery.
Contract Administration: Manage contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, and mitigate risks.
Collaboration & Support: Work alongside an existing on-site Technical Project Manager, with administrative support available.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in small capital works within a healthcare or facilities management setting.
Strong technical background with an understanding of construction, M&E, or infrastructure projects.
Experience in contract and stakeholder management within complex environments.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and safety regulations is highly desirable.
Ability to take ownership of projects, from capital requests to project completion.
