The role Partner with Senior Recruitment Managers / Recruitment Managers with HRBP’s, Hiring Managers and R&D colleagues to d eliver a proactive, best in class, efficient, end to end recruitment service to meet business needs & ensure the identification and attraction of diverse & quality candidates. Key responsibilities D eliver a proactive, inclusive, best in class and efficient recruitment service to our colleagues, candidates, suppliers and stakeholders across the business and externally. Manage the 360 end to end recruitment service from Follow the ITV Compliance and ITV Selection process. · Optimise the ATS to continuously improve the resourcing process. · Understand the vacancy requirements. · Advise on the best route to market. · Source from a wide variety of inclusive routes to market and provide a diverse shortlist · Support effective campaigns to identify candidates & raise awareness of the brand in key areas of the business. · Support on designing the selection process exercises & score sheets · Creating interview scripts against the skills, knowledge & experience & company values/behaviours. · Utilise the existing selection tools available. · Reject, Feedback, Offer and Secure candidates. · Stay in close contact with offered candidates until they join the business, working closely with the induction team and hiring managers to ensure a great start. Deliver against agreed annual KPIs. Source candidates for availability, interest level, technical knowledge and qualifications and build relationships with the candidates. Identify and network with potential candidates (passive & active) to actively populate managed pools and roles. To develop ‘managed’ pools of quality, pre-qualified candidates to meet Resource plans and to generate pipelines of candidates for the team across all functions. Build business understanding and knowledge Support the Recruitment team with setting up internal and external events. Work collaboratively and support on ad hoc projects across the R&D team. Partner with Resourcing and HRBPs to ensure line managers receive integrated HR Service. Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria) Some experience of designing selection material such as exercises and interview scripts. against job criteria & company values/behaviours using a variety of methodologies such as competency, scenario, motivational. Some experience of supporting hiring managers through the end to end recruitment process. Basic knowledge of Employment legislation in relation to recruitment and compliance. Other things we’re looking for (key criteria) Organised and able to keep on top of administration & compliance to ensure the recruitment process is run smoothly and professionally. Ability to work proactively and adapt to a fast paced, ever changing environment Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility to win the trust of hiring managers & key stakeholders. Support the design of selection materials including adverts, exercises and interview scripts against job criteria & company values/behaviours using a variety of methodologies such as competency, scenario, motivational and supporting the hiring manager through the end to end process. Experience of using a recruitment candidate database or application workflow system. Have a proactive and methodical approach with the ability to work towards key targets, under pressure and within tight timelines across multiple roles. Proven experience of sourcing candidates via multiple routes to market e.g. LI, Google, Database searches utilising skills such as Boolean searches. Ensuring a good candidate experience at all times.
