Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our team on a permanent late shift basis at our Brakes Depot in Harlow. This role offers a great opportunity to expand upon your office administration skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
This is a busy role that requires no two nights to be the same, as you will be responsible for providing seamless communication and support between operations, warehouse, and stock teams.
You will work closely with a collaborative team of eight colleagues, tackling various office tasks such as reviewing documents, managing paper-based systems, and using specialized software.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Creating Excel-based charts and tables
* Maintaining quality control for reports and documentation
* Stepping in to support warehouse operations when needed
To succeed in this role, you should have prior office experience and strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SAP or D365 is an advantage.
A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills are essential to maintain high levels of accuracy and build great working relationships.
