Project Administrator
Immediate start for a highly organised Administrator to join our Administration Manager in the screening, interviewing & recruitment for a large scale project which commences in May.
The project is in relation to the preparation, processing and scanning of examination papers.
Brief of duties:
1. Initial screening of candidate applications via telephone
2. Using in house portal to send registration forms for completion
3. Accurate data input of completed candidate registration documents including Right to Work checks & any other compliances needed
4. Presenting project brief to registered candidates face to face
5. Candidate referencing - applying for references from information given and requesting additional information as required
6. Providing admin support to Consultants as required
Skills/experience required:
1. Excellent telephone manner
2. Previous Administration experience
3. Confident & reliable
Temporary role starting as soon as possible until middle of May.
Hours of work will be 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
£13.00 per hour.
Due to project deadlines we are looking for someone who is able to commit for the duration of this assignment.
