Home Manager - Nursing Home Sydenham GOOD CQC Up to £75,000 I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to work as a Care Home Manager for an established, family run care provider within their reputable, purpose-built, gold standards framework accredited nursing home in Sydenham. The home provides person-centred dementia, general nursing and end of life care for 75 residents and has been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC. As the Home Manager you will be responsible for leading the multi-discipliniary staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. You will be responsible for assisting with the home's recruitment and training as well as the management and assessment of care plans. Your role will also include audits and budget management and liaising with local authorities, the CQC and the NMC. For this role it is essential that you have previous experience of managing a nursing home and excellent clinical skills and knowledge as well as experience working alongside local authorities including the CQC.
