Do you have the patience, creativity, and commitment to support a young learner's journey?\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ADHD in KS2. This is a rewarding opportunity to help a child reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nWork closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver tailored support.\n\nHelp the pupil access the curriculum through personalised strategies and interventions.\n\nFoster a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment.\n\nSupport the pupil's social, emotional, and behavioural development.\n\nLiaise with parents/carers and external professionals as needed.\n\nWe are looking for someone who:\n\nHas experience working with children with ADHD in a primary school setting.\n\nIs calm, patient, and adaptable with a nurturing approach.\n\nCan build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues.\n\nIs proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.\n\nUnderstands the importance of inclusion and equal opportunities.\n\nQualifications:\n\nA relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g.
