Location: Covering Newcastle and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £50,000
Hours: 40 hours per week

Notice Period: Minimum 3 months

● Monday to Friday (17:30 - 08:30) x1.5
● Saturday x1.5
● Sunday and Bank Holidays x2

With projects ranging from £10k to £1.5m and an ambitious growth strategy, we're looking for a Mobile BMS Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile BMS Engineer, you will work across contracted sites including PFI schools, hospitals, government estates, and MOD sites. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
● Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and commission BMS components including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems.
● Maintenance & Servicing: Conduct regular maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium, and Distech BMS systems.
● On-Call Support: Participate in a reactive call-out rota (with additional financial benefit).
● Client Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding BMS systems.
● Performance Optimization: Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to optimize BMS performance.
● Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and quotes for necessary remedial or upgrade works.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
● Education: City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ in Electrical Engineering.
● Experience: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with BMS and HVAC systems.
● Technical Expertise: Proficient in Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Distech, and Siemens controls.
● Electrical Industry Knowledge: Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
● IT & Software: Familiarity with IT networks and AutoCAD.
● Other Requirements: Full UK driving licence, fault-finding skills in electrical panels, and experience in controls.
