Inheritance Dispute / Contentious Probate Solicitor – Team Leader
Mix of Remote Working plus Office – Within 1 hour reach of Oxford or Chipping Norton
Salary customised to your expectations (that’s how we work)

Reporting to: Managing Director
Full Time – Permanent 35 hours P/W
Your Skills: Ideally up to 6 years PQE experience of contentious probate & Inheritance disputes, with management and leadership experience preferred
Product / Service: Highly-Respected Private Client Law Practice for High Net Worth Individuals Clients: Interesting, creative, affluent & uber-successful HNW
Culture: Inspiring working environment with people-focused culture
Structure: Limited company. Part Employee Owned (1 of only 25 such law firms in the country)

About You:
We are expanding our Inheritance Disputes team and seeking a team leader to take on a fabulous case load and to lead & grow the team. This is a fast-growing area with significant potential providing you with the opportunity for business development and building your professional brand.

6. Preferably 6+ years PQE experience in DR, esp. contentious probate & inheritance disputes
