Salary: £ 46,378 (cost of living award due January 2025).
Hours: Full Time – 35 hour per week.

The Housing Manager role is crucial to the success of the business, responsible for core housing management functions across general needs, market rent and leasehold properties you will care as deeply as we do about our resident’s satisfaction and drive high quality services to produce excellent results.
As a small organisation the successful candidate will contribute to a wide remit, helping to shape key policies and ensuring the service remains compliant with legislation and regulatory standards.
The role is demanding and rewarding, and will require the post holder to be both operationally informed and effective as well as future focused, continually improving our service and the data and practices which underpin it.
It is essential you have housing operations experience, an understanding of why a women’s housing association is still desperately needed and commitment to meeting women’s housing needs. You will also have experience of improving customer experience and resident empowerment with a demonstrable good performance and a track record of meeting targets. The Housing manager will visit properties, meet residents, hold meetings in the office and be fully enabled to work from home with laptop and mobile phone provided.
