The Role: You'll be responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance across the business, ensuring we adhere to FCA guidelines and internal policies. This role involves conducting regular audits, reviewing processes, and providing guidance to various departments on compliance matters. You'll work closely with the Head of Compliance to identify potential risks, implement controls, and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting our industry. You'll also help prepare compliance reports and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our compliance framework. This is a full-time and permanent role based in our London office (1-2 days per week), with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days.
